Power of Attorney and Conservatorship for elderly clients is a time consuming responsibility. I offer a variety of services allowing the attorney and conservator more time for legal matters while providing your client with an experienced eldercare advocate.

Eldercare Services

  • Review Medical Records
  • Assess client needs and assure appropriate care and levels of care are being provided
  • Consult with Physicians, health care providers and caregivers concerning client health care needs
  • Confer with Conservators, Attorneys, and Clients family concerning noted changes in the clients condition and needs
  • Attend Case conferences
  • Provide community resource information to Conservator and Client
  • Investigate alternative living arrangements
  • Arrange for Home Care and Companion Services
